I have an idea of what I want. How do I get started and get a quote?
Email us! Send us all the information that you can, including example pictures if you have them, type of garment and color, ink color, approximate quantities, the locations on the garment where we will be printing, date you need the order and anything else you think might help give us direction for your design.
What information do you need to give me a quote?
To get an accurate quote we need to know the type of garment you are wanting, how many INK colors (not including the garment), how many print locations (ex: one color left chest and two color full back), and approximate quantity to be printed.
I have a business logo. Can you recreate it?
Sure! Of course, it is always easier if you have a digital copy of your logo (preferably eps or ai format). However, if you don't have a digital copy, no worries, get us the best copy you have and we will recreated for you. We do our best to keep costs low and rarely charge for artwork but if recreating artwork takes more than an hour there may be a small fee. If so, we will let you know about it before we proceed.
What type of garments do you offer?
There are hundreds of types of garments that we can print on and dozens of companies that supply us with them. Some of our most popular items are regular tees, soft style tees, long sleeve tees, hoodies, sweatshirts, team uniforms, warm up apparel, towels, bags, polo shirts, dri fit tees, and much more. The fastest and easiest way to ensure we find what you want is for you to email us a description of what you are looking for. Then we can search our catalogs and send you pictures of the most relevant items.
What colors can I pick?
Many garments come in a wide variety of colors. While other garments have a very limited list of available colors. The best thing to do is call or email us and we can let you know your color options depending on the style of garment you want.
What sizes do you offer?
Although every brand offers a different range of sizes, we can usually find a way to accommodate most orders with sizes from toddler through 5X.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Any garment that has been customized in any way cannot be returned. If, however, there is a defect in any garment, let us know immediately and we will replace that item at no charge. Orders cancelled before we have received the blank garments from our suppliers will receive a full refund. Orders cancelled after we have received the blank garments will receive a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
My order is for a large group and each person is paying for their own garment. How can I do this?
From years of experience we know that it is no easy task to be the person responsible for a large t-shirt order. In an effort to make it less stressful we now offer custom orders online in our "PREORDERS" section. Once you have approved artwork, it will be uploaded to our website and you will be provided with a link to access your order. You simply forward that link to the people in your group and there they can place their order and pay for their shirt. At the end of the ordering period we will print your order and provide you, the contact person, with the shirts as well as a detailed print out of who order shirts along with their sizes and quantities.
What if you are out of the size I need in an INSIDE OUT shirt?
If we happen to be out of the size that you need please send us a detailed email with which design and what size you want. We try to keep a good stock of all sizes in this line of shirts but during our busy seasons we sometimes get a little behind. If you let us know what you are looking for we can let you know how quick we can get it made and get it to you.
